Returns & refunds

You may return any band within 60 days of delivery for a full refund to the original payment method. Refunds are issued once the ring reaches us, and typically appear within five to ten business days depending on your bank.

Size exchanges are free. Email sales@maisonmenashe.com and we will arrange it.

Engraved or personalised items, should we offer them in future, would be excluded from returns. We do not currently offer engraving.
