By placing an order you agree to these terms. Prices are in US dollars and are the price payable at checkout; sales tax is calculated at checkout where applicable.

Inlay materials are described by appearance. Names such as meteorite, opal and dinosaur bone refer to the pattern and finish of the inlay, not to a certified specimen: unless the product page states expressly that the material is natural, the inlay is a simulated or reconstituted material. Natural inlays, such as wood and antler, vary from piece to piece, so the ring you receive will differ slightly from the photograph.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order, refunding it in full, where an item is mispriced or unavailable.

The Forever Fit Plan is attached to the original order and is not transferable between customers.

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.
