Sizing
Every band is comfort fit, with a gently rounded interior so it passes the knuckle more easily than a flat-profile ring. Comfort-fit bands usually run about a half size larger than standard, if you are between sizes, take the smaller one.

Care
Warm water, mild soap, soft cloth. Avoid abrasive polishes: tungsten carbide does not need them and they can dull a brushed finish. Remove before heavy lifting tungsten is very hard, which means under extreme force it cracks rather than bends.
